At what age can kids start?

Our experience indicates that most children ages four and up can join Tae Kwon Do classes. At this age, your child can take our trial lesson program, where our instructors will work with them one-on-one to assess their readiness for group classes.

Do Martial Arts increase aggressiveness?

Our instructors emphasize that martial arts are meant for exercise and self-improvement, not for bullying. Tae Kwon Do students learn to be humble, courteous, and respectful, and they are taught to be mindful of when and where to apply their self-defense skills.

How safe is it to learn Martial Arts?

Tae Kwon Do is both safe and enjoyable for students of all ages and abilities. Expert instructors guide classes, teaching techniques step-by-step so students can learn at their own pace. We prioritize safety with a comprehensive stretching routine, matted flooring, and protective gear.

What if I never did Martial Arts before or if I'm out of shape?

Beginners are always welcome! Our beginner’s martial arts program is designed to help you get started easily. New students enjoy one-on-one instruction that introduces them to the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do. Our belt system also lets all students progress at their own pace, improving their physical fitness gradually.
